• Tim began at IPAK in 2004 as an IT manager, and his role and responsibilities have increased over time to include IT security, education, and processing. His role is imperative, ensuring technology best practices and smooth internal technology operations.​
• Tim oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure, computer stations and software, troubleshooting, system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery. Tim is directly responsible for the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies. His ability to think outside the box and offer solutions has made him an asset to the team.​
• Prior to working at IPAK, Tim spent 6 years with Bartash Printing as their IT Manager. He brings with him nearly three decades of technical experience.​​
• McManus graduated from Temple with a Business and Marketing degree.​
