• Joe Scattagoria has run plant operations at IPAK since 2014. He is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operations on a day to day basis. ​​
• Joe is responsible for overseeing the direction and management of a project from beginning to end, and determining potential efficiencies. This includes delegating tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate personnel, troubleshooting, contingency planning, and improving processes. ​
• Prior to working at IPAK, Joe worked at C & L packaging for 13 years as a shipping and receiving manager, and a production manager. Joe brings with him two decades worth of industry experience. His interpersonal skills have allowed him to excel at his job as a manager, coaching, supervising, and mentoring team operators. ​
• Scattaregia graduated from Burlington County College with a degree in accounting. ​
