Department of Defense: Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) Program: Subcontractor to Magellan for IDIQ 47QFCA19D0003. Provides inventory management, print-on-demand, and fulfillment services via a secure web-to-print storefront. Manufactures and ships variable data materials—such as business cards, confidentiality statements, and name badges—alongside stocked items like wallet cards and phone wallets, with all orders mailed to counselors within 48 hours.
Department of Justice: Career/Work Readiness Certificate Program: Subcontractor to ACT for 15BNAS19DRCA00141. Provides end-to-end support for ACT’s workforce training program, including inventory management, printing, fulfillment, and distribution of 35+ products to over 125 correctional facilities nationwide. Processes more than 60,000 units annually using custom-built software that enables serial tracking, code generation, and live reporting for over 600 password-protected users.
Department of Health and Human Services: World Trade Center Health Program Nationwide Provider Network: Subcontractor to Managed Care Advisors (a Sedgwick Company) for Delivery Order 75D30122C12935. Accesses and uses protected health information (PHI) subject to the federal privacy and security regulations (HIPAA) to print variable data member insurance cards and letters in 5 languages, kit items and mail time sensitive information to responders and survivors impacted by 9/11. Over 500,000 units processed and the requirement is ongoing.
State of Indiana: Subcontractor to Amplify. Manufactured, assembled, warehoused, and distributed promotional kits to promote Science Curriculum to K–8 administrators statewide. Kits included custom-designed materials such as start-here guides, teacher sampler books, posters, stickers, and over 18,000 branded travel mugs. Produced and mailed nine unique kit versions to more than 1,800 schools across Indiana.
City of New York: New York Health and Hospital: Subcontractor to Stronghold PFA. Manages end-to-end kitting and fulfillment services for up to 400,000 NYC Vax Champ bags, including warehousing, inventory management, assembly, palletizing and distribution. Kits include pre-assembled protection packs, apparel, and accessories and are fulfilled as needed to support first-responders and essential workers across NYC.
City of Philadelphia: Philadelphia Housing Authority: Provided comprehensive printing and mailing services for up to 60,000 recipients, including secure handling of PII, mail merging, and presorted sequencing. Printed and inserted letters into #10 windowed envelopes with accurate address display and postal indicia placement, and delivered all materials within a 5-day window.
ACT: Strategic partner since 2018. Global distribution, storage, inventory management, pick, pack and fulfillment for ACT National, ACT Accommodations, WorkKeys and registration materials. Provides custom software development and utilization of visibility tool for real time reporting.
John Wiley and Sons: Strategic partner for 20 years, IPAK assisted in the development of a system for students to purchase Wiley’s higher education publications. IPAK also printed over 1,000,000 unique identification tech-enabled folders for student access.
Halozyme Pharmaceuticals: Created and maintains an online e-commerce ordering portal and performs design, printing, storage, inventory management, ‘on-demand’ fulfillment services of marketing, literature, advertisement, training and other promotional items.
